With a moving load capacity of 264 lbs. and a static load rating of 308 lbs., these wheels are suitable for home, office, or industrial use. Our wheels come with a 5-year limited warranty (1-year for commercial use). Please note that these casters are not recommended for chairs with a 7/8" diameter stem, as most office chairs require casters with this specific size.
